Founder NDA & Confidentiality Overview

PositionOne engagements are built on trust, transparency, and responsible information sharing. To protect all parties, BlabsBuilders offers confidentiality protections throughout the engagement lifecycle.

This section provides a high-level overview and does not replace a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Mutual Confidentiality Commitment

Upon on-boarding, BlabsBuilders and participating projects may enter into a mutual NDA, ensuring that:

• Sensitive information shared by either party remains confidential

• Proprietary concepts, strategies, and materials are protected

• Information is used solely for PositionOne engagement purposes

What Is Considered Confidential Information

Confidential information may include, but is not limited to:

• Product ideas, architectures, and technical designs

• Source code, documentation, and internal roadmaps

• Tokenomics models and economic frameworks

• Business strategies, partnerships, and launch plans

• Non-public metrics, data, or communications

Permitted Use of Information

Confidential information shared during PositionOne:

• Is used strictly for evaluation, development, and execution

• Is not disclosed to external parties without consent

• Is accessed only by authorised BlabsBuilders contributors

Public information or materials approved for release are excluded from confidentiality restrictions.

Exclusions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

• Is already publicly available

• Was independently developed without access to confidential materials

• Is lawfully obtained from third parties

• Is required to be disclosed by law or regulation

Duration of Confidentiality

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement:

• Confidentiality obligations typically survive beyond engagement completion

• Protection periods are defined within the formal NDA

Project Ownership & IP

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise:

• Projects retain full ownership of their intellectual property

• BlabsBuilders does not claim ownership over project ideas or code

• Any shared or co-developed materials are governed by written agreement

Projects may request an NDA:

• Prior to sharing sensitive information

• During evaluation or onboarding

• At any stage of the engagement
