Applications are reviewed based on clarity of vision, execution potential, and long-term alignment with the PositionOne standard.
Selection Process
Qualified applicants proceed through:

On-boarding into the PositionOne lifecycle
Acceptance is selective to ensure execution quality, focused collaboration, and ecosystem integrity.
Scoping & Engagement Definition
If aligned, BlabsBuilders:
Defines product direction and scope
Outlines execution phases and milestones
Confirms timelines and engagement structure
Onboarding into PositionOne
Once terms are confirmed:
The project is on-boarded into the PositionOne lifecycle
Confidentiality and engagement frameworks are finalised
Execution begins across defined phases
At this point, the project formally enters active development.
Ongoing Review & Delivery
Throughout the engagement:
Progress is tracked against milestones
Scope and priorities are reviewed as needed
Delivery remains execution-focused and outcome-driven.
